In Kazakhstan, as part of the “Taza Kazakhstan” initiative, the Telegram chatbot @TazaQazBot continues to operate — a convenient digital service that allows residents to directly report environmental and urban improvement issues.
Launched in June 2024, the service has already become a привычный communication channel with government authorities. To submit a request, users simply need to log into the Telegram chat, attach a photo of the issue, specify the location, and briefly describe the situation — the request is automatically processed without unnecessary calls or paperwork.
One of the platform’s key advantages is transparency. Users can track the status of their request at every stage, and after completion, receive a photo report and evaluate the quality of the work.
All requests are categorized into 21 categories, ranging from territory cleaning and waste removal to road repairs, street lighting, landscaping, and water body cleaning. This helps ensure faster sorting and routing to the appropriate services.
By the end of 2025, more than 26,000 requests had been submitted through the chatbot, with over 24,000 successfully completed. The most popular category remains territory cleaning.
In the first quarter of 2026 alone, more than 4,000 requests have already been submitted, most of which have been resolved.
@TazaQazBot demonstrates how digital services can significantly improve interaction between citizens and the government, enable prompt responses to issues, enhance the efficiency of local authorities, and deliver visible improvements in urban and national cleanliness.
@TazaQazBot is your tool for creating a comfortable urban environment.
