Applications for Kazakhstan’s National Pavilion at COP31 Extended Until 28 August

Applications for the programme and content of the National Pavilion of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the 31st Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP31) will be accepted until 28 August 2026.

COP31 will take place from 9 to 20 November 2026 in Antalya, Türkiye. Kazakhstan’s National Pavilion will serve as a platform for dialogue, presentation of initiatives and projects, expert discussions on key climate issues, and the development of regional and international cooperation.

Government agencies, businesses, representatives of the scientific community, civil society organisations and international partners are invited to submit proposals. Applications may also include experts, researchers and climate negotiation specialists, as well as thematic materials and exhibits.

When developing the Pavilion’s programme, particular attention will be given to initiatives aligned with the priority areas of COP31, including zero waste, climate-resilient cities, green industrialisation, the clean energy transition, youth and education, food security, and other areas of the climate agenda.

The National Pavilion may host panel discussions, expert sessions, and presentations of initiatives and projects lasting 60 to 90 minutes.

To participate, applicants should review the requirements and complete the relevant application form. The official website provides an event proposal form, a “Joint Proposal: Experts and Exhibits” form, as well as submission guidelines.

The deadline for submissions is 28 August 2026.
