In Kazakhstan, the EcoSummer 2025 competition, with a total prize fund of 9 million tenge, has concluded. The initiative was aimed at promoting environmental awareness and culture.

The main goal of the competition was to foster environmental consciousness in society and encourage careful and responsible attitudes toward nature. Participants collected and sorted waste through the EcoQolday system and created creative eco-themed videos.

The project was implemented at the initiative of the Kazakhstan Association of Secondary Raw Materials Recyclers, with sponsorship support from Bank CenterCredit, and with the assistance of JSC “Zhasyl Damu” and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The competition aimed to increase the engagement of youth, organizations, and citizens in environmental protection efforts. Information about the event was widely covered in mass media, social networks, and on the official website and social media pages of JSC “Zhasyl Damu”.

Dedicated to Ecology Day, the competition ran from June 5 to October 10, 2025, as part of the national campaign “Taza Kazakhstan” (Clean Kazakhstan).
The results and names of the winners will be announced at the end of October 2025.
