Born in 1980, citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Education: Higher education in Economics and Management.

Work experience: over 23 years in public administration and quasi-public sector.

Areas of responsibility:
1. Chairs the Management Board and convenes meetings of the Management Board;
2. Organizes the implementation of decisions of the Sole Shareholder and the Board of Directors;
3. Acts on behalf of the Company without power of attorney in relations with third parties, including transactions, and represents the Company's interests before governmental, international, financial, and other organizations;
4. Issues powers of attorney for representation of the Company in relations with third parties;
5. Allocates responsibilities and areas of accountability among members of the Management Board and employees performing administrative and managerial functions.
