In 1997, graduated from Taldykorgan Law College with a specialization in «Law Studies»,
In 2003, graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Jurisprudence and International Relations with a degree in «Jurisprudence», qualification - Lawyer.
In 2010, graduated from Zhambyl Humanities and Technical University with a degree in «Finance», Bachelor of Finance.

Work Experience Over the Past Five Years:
From January 2014 to January 2020 – Chief Expert, Department Director, Deputy General Director at JSC «Zhasyl Damu» (a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
From January 2020 to January 2022 – Executive Director at LLP «MKS Company»;
From January 2022 to March 2022 – Deputy General Director at JSC «Zhasyl Damu»;
From March 2022 to June 2022 – Managing Director for Waste Management, Member of the Management Board at JSC «Zhasyl Damu»;
Since July 1, 2022 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board at JSC «Zhasyl Damu».

Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for the overall organization, coordination, and control of the Company’s activities in the following areas:
- Management of ownerless hazardous waste transferred to republican ownership by court decision;
- Organization of collection, transportation, preparation for reuse, sorting, treatment, recycling, disposal, and/or utilization of waste (packaging, automotive components, electronic and electrical waste) generated after the loss of consumer properties of products (goods) subject to extended producer (importer) responsibility;
- Official responses to inquiries, letters, and appeals from representatives of mass media.
