Education:
In 2008, graduated from S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrarian University with a degree in Agronomy;
In 2010, graduated from the Kazakh Agrotechnical University with a degree in Soil Science and Agrochemistry;
In 2010, graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Accounting and Audit;
 In 2018, graduated from Turan-Astana University with a degree in Law.

Work Experience Over the Past Five Years:
From November 2019 to July 2023 - Director of the Department for the Development of Economic Sectors of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From July 2023 to July 2026 - Chief of Staff of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Since September 2026 - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board of JSC «Zhasyl Damu».

Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for the overall organization, coordination and control of the Company’s activities in the following areas:
1) organizing the collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal of end-of-life vehicles and self-propelled agricultural machinery;
2) implementing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) mechanisms and ensuring interaction with government authorities and organizations;
3) developing and implementing the Company's Development Strategy, strategic planning, analytical activities, and sustainable development (ESG);
4) implementing projects in the field of waste management, introducing recycling technologies, organizing research activities, and ensuring the performance of the functions of the National Waste Management Center.
