Event Dedicated to World Environment Day Held in Mangystau Region

An event dedicated to World Environment Day was organized by the Akimat of the Mangystau Region. The event brought together representatives of the media, as well as delegations from the Aktobe, Atyrau, and West Kazakhstan regions.

As part of the event, a panel session titled “Environmental Culture: Education, Awareness, and Action” was held.

Alimzhan Sabdenov, a representative of Zhasyl Damu JSC, participated in the session and delivered a presentation on the importance of fostering environmental culture, improving environmental awareness among the public, and promoting initiatives aimed at environmental protection.

During the panel discussion, participants addressed issues related to environmental education, enhancing public environmental responsibility, and advancing the principles of sustainable development. The event facilitated the exchange of experience on key environmental issues and contributed to strengthening interregional cooperation.
